Some of you might ask themselves what enables me to be a an assistant on your journey or to offer Skype consultations.

Dont expect a long text of me writing how i attended university and how i worked for different companies on 4 continents, at the same time achieved a doctors degree or whatsoever.

I dont believe that we can measure intelligence or beauty on anything that our society perceives as "succesful".

Success for me means to go with the flow of life and to follow our intuition and learn from each and every single situation.
A person living on the street might not seem to be succesfull but maybe he is more wise and loving than somebody who is driving along in a fancy car.

Life has been my teacher and i have met wonderful souls so far on this planet with whom i was learning and sharing.

I want to give thanks to all of them.

I want to free myself from whatever i  have learned and just be a vessel or lets say just let the energy flow through me.

Too often do we identify ourselves with our "story", our "dramas" etc.

But the truth is Our soul is eternal and we have been here soo many times. Once again. Another life, in another body and other circumstances. Dont judge by the outside picture. We are all once a woman, a man, living in different countries, one time we are rich, next life we are poor, one time our body is fully healthy, another life time not. This is all just part of the process.

For those who still need some information, here are some educational "highlights" in my life

 

- Born 12th May  in Munich , Germany (Taurus woman with cancer rising and moon in aries).

- 2 years old: My parents seperated and i spend more time with the best friend of my Mother, who was very spiritual and guided me on my path.

- 8 years old- horse accident with a deep spiritual experience and close to death-experience

-14 years old- close to death-experience. I already was clinically dead, but the doctors brought me back. I experienced a wonderful divine light and met some heavenly beings who told me i need to go back down to earth. Also during that time there was just simply no more pain, no more fear, noting.. It was a blissful moment and a feeling of divine bliss. 

-18 years old :deeper spiritual awakening, 

-2007: i travelled to Nepal and volunteered as an English teacher at Siddhartha Vidhyapeeth Secondary Boarding School in Kathmandu, Nepal. (Still one of the most beautiful experiences in my life and i love my former students , family and friends)

-2008: I met a spiritual teacher, got initiated by him and moved into his ashram (spiritual center) where i stayed for almost three years.

I was pujarini (working in the temple), and also part of the Media Team (mainly responsible for transcriptions, translations, web-design).

2010: I met the Dalai Lama in Baden Baden, which was very beautiful .

- Initiation into the first degree of Reiki, second degree of Reiki in 2012

- I began to study Ayurveda at Seva Ayurveda in Munich, working there as an interpreter for Ayurveda Doctors.

- Dravyaguna Vigyan Course (Ayurvedic Pharmakology and Herbology) - 20 hours with Dr. Neelesh Taware

- Ayurveda Basic education part 1 and 2 (50 hours, including Abhyanga- Ayurveda massage) with Dr. Detlef Grunert

- Practical training at Devaaya Ayurveda Health Resort in Goa, India

- Volunteering as an English teacher in different projects at IDEX, Goa, India

-2012:

- Certified Ayurveda Healthconsultant at Veden-Akademie

-150 hours of training at i-to-i Institute- in teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) and Teaching English as a Second or Other Language (TESOL)  with Gemma Turner.

-Rosen Method introduction course at Axelsons Body School, Oslo, Norway. Rosenmetoden is such a beautiful body work, listenting with your hands you can feel all the emotions stored in the body of the patient and you help them to release those feelings.

- Started working as a Model and actress

- 2013:  Certified Massage and Wellness therapist at Terramedus: Aromatherapy, Foot Reflexology, Hot Stone, Sports Massage with Julia Weber

- Naturopathy and Stressmanagement  & active Relaxation methods

-Initiation in the 5 Element Process of Swami Sri Kaleshwar

- Empowerment in the Medicine Buddha Mantra by Lama Tsering at Garchen Institute, Munich

- Empowerment in the Vajrapani Mantra at Kagyu Monastery, Woodstock, New York

- Began to study alternative medicine at Impulse E.V.  (30 months course, in Germany we call it 'Heilpraktiker'- alternative practitioner

- Yamantaka Empowerement with H.E. Garchen Rinpoche

- 2014: Initiation into the Dao in South Africa

- 2015: Loss of my beloved Father- another deep crisis that opened me once again to fullfill my purpose here on earth
